A Pittsburgh law firm partner who said Gov. Tom Wolf’s handling of the pandemic spurred his interest in running is the latest candidate to enter the Republican primary for governor.  Jason Richey, a 49-year-old Allegheny County resident, told the USA TODAY Network that he wants to reduce the size of state government and the Legislature, and cut taxes to spur economic growth.  READ MORE…
